Three ministers have departed for China on an official visit.
Finance Minister Dr. Mohamed Shafeeq, Infrastructure Minister Dr. Abdulla Muthalib, and Foreign Minister Moosa Zameer are visiting China at the invitation of the Chinese Foreign Minister. Their visit is scheduled to conclude on July 24.
During the visit, The ministers will engage with Chinese companies to discuss ways to boost economic cooperation between the Maldives and China.
This visit follows earlier trips by Health Minister Dr. Abdullah Khaleel, Islamic Minister Dr. Mohamed Shaheem Ali Saeed, and Economic Minister Mohamed Saeed, who have also visited China to strengthen bilateral relations.
