Another group of illegal immigrants have been deported from the Maldives as part of ongoing efforts to track down and remove undocumented foreigners.
More than 3,500 foreigners have been deported since President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu took office in November 2023.
In its latest update, Maldives Immigration said 30 illegal immigrants were deported on Thursday, including individuals from Bangladesh and India.
