The average daily tourist arrivals in the Maldives has reached 6,800.
According to the Tourism Ministry, a total of 178,151 tourists visited the Maldives as of 26 January, with an average of 6,852 tourists per day.
The busiest day so far was 25 January, when the Maldives welcomed 9,199 tourists — the highest single-day figure recorded in 2025.
