Joali Being has introduced an opportunity to own the resort’s luxury villas.
Joali Resort, a high-end resort located 40 minutes away from Velana International Airport, is offering the villas for purchase under its ‘Island Homes’ package. The starting price of these villas is US$ 5 million (approximately MVR 77 million), and includes beach and water villas with one to four bedrooms.
While buyers will have long-term leases, the villas will be managed by Joali Resort.
Joali Being opened in 2021 with 68 villas.
