Islamic Minister Dr. Mohamed Shaheem Ali Saeed has traveled to Saudi Arabia on an official visit.
Minister Shaheem is visiting Saudi Arabia to attend the ninth session of the Special Conference on Islamic Ministries of Islamic Countries. The international conference is being held in Mecca from the 4th to the 5th of this month. The minister is scheduled to chair several sessions at the conference, where papers will be presented on important topics concerning the Islamic Ummah will be discussed.
The Islamic Ministry delegation includes Chief Imam of the Islamic Center Mohamed Latheef and Senior Political Director Sheikh Imthithaau Abbas.
