The State Trading Organisation (STO) has reduced the price of petrol from MVR 13.98 per liter to MVR 13.50 per liter, a decrease of MVR 0.40 per liter.
STO said the reduction reflects its commitment to providing the best prices to the public. The decline in global oil prices will also bring positive changes in the price of fuel sold in the Maldives, STO said.
