Gaafu Alif Villingili Council has announced plans to lease 11 plots of land designated for tourism development.
According to the Villingili Council, the plots are intended to establish tourist hotels, guesthouses, and other tourism-related businesses. The plots include six plots of 3647 sqft, 2701 sqft, 1670 sqft, 1234 sqft, 607 sqft, and 400 sqft. The land leases will be for between 15 and 35 years.
Interested parties must submit the bid registration form before 1:00 pm on October 5.
